Flowers

Just a little rant. The 3 flower places all quoted us over $4000 for flowers. Seriously? Plants? $4000?
It's craziness. Aparently we need to meet each florist and discuss options, colors, etc. I'll have pictures next week of the insanity

Planning insanity

So we've only been engaged for 5 weeks. Let me tell you with the amount of time I've spent planning and out of town for this, seems like we've been engaged forever. We've already picked the date, found the church, booked the priest, booked the rehearsal dinner location, reception, hotel, found a dress, signed contracts on entertainment services, picked out bridesmaid's dresses, and have a meeting with the photographer & videographer this afternoon to sign that contract/set up engagement photos. Between working 50-60 hrs a week, planning, and school, I don't remember the last time I've had a free 10 seconds to myself

cloud computing

Cloud computing to me is as familiar as my bed. I've found it to be a rapid way of transferring and holding information for work and collaborating with co-workers and other users connected to our cloud. I haven't seen a reason to worry about security so far with it as for prime access, we have a 2 step security system in which upon log in, I'm prompted for a security code that is valid for 30 seconds, that is auto generated and sent to my phone. So someone would need my log in, password, and phone in order to gain access.

This blog relates to my original blog in that it's about wedding planning, from a man's perspective. It's more about the do's and don'ts, as well as many idea on how to make part of the wedding about you or add your own sense of style.

Social Media

Social media has changed the way we shop, talk, interact, listen to music, play video games, and nearly everything else. Pintrest allows you to "pin" things you like, group them up, and share them with others. LinkedIn allows you to connect and converse with other professionals in your field and network new ones. The story goes on and on.
